Refund policy

European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a justification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You may also be asked to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
